I should have pointed this out, but there is already one shield in the repository that you can use to develop your own Flutter shields. It's the Flutter Breakout, so it is just the basic Flutter pinout with headers flanking the connector (there are 3 rows for the pins. The middle row is the one that accepts Flutter.
If you want to make any shields, that is the place to start.
